Leadership

Steve Nasser has overall responsibility for the firm's activities. Areas of expertise include commercial and residential mortgage lending and related securities issuance, consumer credit including credit card and automobile receivable financing, insurance products and specialty real estate finance. He was the founder and Chairman of US Statewide Bancorp which was engaged in consumer and mortgage finance. Subsequently he was co-head of the structured group at First Southwest Securities, Sutro Securities and Stone & Youngberg. He graduated from the University of California Los Angeles and San Francisco State University.

Neal Sebbard started his career with Salomon Brother’s mortgage group in the early 1980s and then proceeded to work at First Southwest Securities, Sutro Securities and Stone & Youngberg as co-head of structured finance. His expertise is in asset-backed and mortgage finance, especially in the securitization of asset types on behalf of financial institutions. He is a Director of First Electronic Bank, Utah. Mr. Sebbard is a graduate of Principia College in Illinois and completed graduate studies at New York University’s Silverstein School of Real Estate.
